AGEING + MOULD

My favourite and most practised finish has to be ageing and mould. My graduation film was set in an abandoned house, so no corner was left untouched when it came to scenic painting. Some highlights that you can see below are the treatment of wooden elements- layering cracked effects and using coral sponges and washes to add years of dust build-up. Additionally, the treatment of Vacform seen on the fireplace was a good challenge.
