Paper Tiger (Quine-Taylor, 2025) is a short film set in the dystopian state of Libertas, where physical conformity is enforced through a gene-modifying medication called Immunity. The film follows a commander and explores the rebellion against the Libertas through protagonist Joni. My role as co-Production designer included Set Design with supporting drafts, Set Construction, Set Decorating, Prop sourcing/ Buying, Set dressing (on location and studio), Managing a team, concept art for VFX and world-building. Elevation of EXT build with cant wall detail

INT set construction- Matching INT of the derelict house with key elements of textured walls mimicking ageing and water damage, many props to enhance the dereliction, a bespoke fireplace built and finished with painted vac-form tiles, and bespoke bannisters treated with crackle glaze.

Community hall- dressing- Village hall location dressed to be a community collection point for medication. Key elements- large bespoke banners showing fictional government's regime, time-accurate/time-ambiguous propping and large-scale dressings.

INT set construction- INT build- hallway and staircase. Key features seen- graffiti, crackle glaze used on all woodwork to suggest ageing, and textured walls.

INT build- Bespoke fireplace built and finished with vac-form tilling. Pained colours and dirtied. Time ambiguous however inspiration pulled from 1950's designs.
